Sultry pop singer Adele went out for a walk Tuesday evening in London with beau Simon Konecki and her beloved red smooth 'Louie' - the first time Adele has stepped out in public since giving birth to her first child, a bouncing baby boy, on Oct. 19. The couple has yet to announce the name of the newborn, who was nowhere to be seen - unless you believe everything you read in US Weekly magazine, who notes under the above photo:  Adele and boyfriend out in London with their newly born son.
